Returns & Refunds

• Return window: Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging unless otherwise agreed.

• Refund processing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Damaged or wrong product: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify support@trendtronix.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange refund or replacement at no additional cost.

• Exceptions: Perishable goods, personal hygiene items and items marked “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return. Any such exceptions are clearly stated on the relevant product page.
